What happens when I ask a question here?
Your question is included in a setup or access request to the QR Rx team. This website opens that request form; it does not return a clinical answer.

I’m a patient. How do I get access?
Use the link your clinic shared with you. If you need help finding access, choose “I’m a Patient” in the request form and tell the QR Rx team which clinic you attend.
Where can I read about privacy?
The QR Rx Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Keep patient records and other sensitive details out of this public setup form. Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits and setup requests only if you allow it. We never send your question, contact details or form entries to analytics. You can change your choice in Privacy Preferences.
